Only worn once and only comes with dress and hoop-skirt but does have flaws.<br>Slight stain on bottom of dress (likely car grease as pictured)<br>The back ribbon part for tightening the dress itself is ripped in a few spots and fraying<br>Also pretty wrinkled from sitting in storage and could use a good steam.
