The theater is in nice shape with some minor wear from being displayed (see pics). There are no broken pieces that I could see. The light works when plugged in the theater will light up. Not sure how long the light bulb will last. The theater comes with the box. The box is not in very good shape. It has some rips and tears. It also has other cosmetic wear from over the years (see pics). Comes with the foam to help protect the theater when not being displayed. The theater is a Department 56 25th anniversary. From the Christmas in the City series. The piece is The Majestic Theater #50.58913. Would be a great addition to any Christmas Village collection. I will combine/bundle multiple items.
