At DDEC LLC, we believe that effective urban design begins with community engagement. On October 15, 2024, we hosted a lively event for Hallandale Beach’s 8th Avenue Complete Streets Project at Ingalls Park, where residents came together to share their visions for the future of 8th Avenue.
