BOCA RATON, FL (March 14, 2024) – Boca Raton City Council Member Yvette Drucker has been named the inaugural Florida Bicycle Month PBC Champion by FloridaBicycleMonth.com in recognition of her tireless work to improve bicycle infrastructure, policies, and advocacy efforts throughout Palm Beach County. Drucker has been a vocal proponent for expanding bike lanes, trails, and amenities to make Palm Beach County more bicycle-friendly. An advocate for bicycle lanes, she spearheaded the adoption of the Boca Raton Complete Streets and Vision Zero policies. Drucker is an active member of the Palm Beach Transportation Planning Agency's Bicycle/Trailways Plan Advisory Committee, providing input on the countywide bicycle mobility plan.
