The Village of Palm Springs kicked off its Mobility Plan and Fee Study today at the Hispanic Heritage Festival, held at the Village Courtyard. The event gave residents and visitors a chance to share their thoughts on improving mobility throughout the community. Over 75 surveys and questionnaires were collected, with many participants raising concerns about safety, particularly lighting and speeding on local streets.
The Village, along with community leaders and stakeholders, will be working together over the coming months to address these issues and develop the plan. The DDEC team will return for future events to gather additional feedback. Stay tuned for updates!
